Open Call For Cities
Bring a PangeaSeed Public Art Project to your Community
For the first time, PangeaSeed is offering an opportunity for cities to submit applications to bring public art for oceans to their community.
Over the last decade, we’ve produced over 500 ocean advocacy murals in 20 countries across the globe through our pioneering public art program, Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans. By collaborating with diverse community organizers, artists, and environmental advocates, we’ve told compelling visual stories about pressing marine environmental issues in locations as far-flung as the polar bear capital of the world and the coral triangle.
Building on this remarkable experience and track record, we’re now excited to invite cities worldwide to respond to our RFP (request for proposals) and apply to bring PangeaSeed’s expertise and unique interdisciplinary approach to your community.
By working with our team, cities can realize creative placemaking initiatives that integrate climate action and sustainability commitments with their public art strategies to cultivate vibrant, engaged, and ocean-minded communities.
We review applications on a rolling basis but opportunities are limited, so apply today to secure a spot to enrich your city’s cultural landscape while fostering environmental stewardship, cultural identity, and community engagement.
