Call For Cities
Bring a PangeaSeed Public Art Project to Your City
We’re inviting cities, municipalities, and qualified local partners to apply to host large-scale public art projects for cities focused on ocean and environmental awareness.
PangeaSeed partners with cities around the world to create impactful public art projects for cities that spark dialogue, inspire action, and connect communities through art and science.
Our work supports cities looking to develop or expand public art programs, implement mural projects, and create long-term cultural and environmental impact through art.
By working with our team, cities can advance creative placemaking initiatives that align public art strategies with climate action and sustainability goals, helping cultivate vibrant, engaged, and environmentally conscious communities.
With over 500 murals produced across 20+ countries through our pioneering public art program, Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans, our work transforms public spaces into platforms for environmental awareness and civic engagement.
Building on this experience and proven track record, we invite cities worldwide to respond to this RFP for public art projects for cities and partner with PangeaSeed to bring our interdisciplinary, art-and-science-driven approach to your community.
Each initiative is tailored to the host city and may include large-scale murals, community programming, and collaborations with local stakeholders.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and opportunities are limited. We encourage qualified cities and partners to apply early to be considered for upcoming project cycles that support cultural development, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.
