Shani Judes merges her passion for art and the ocean. With nearly two decades in public art, she has become a pivotal figure in South Africa’s art scene, fostering nationwide collaborations. Partnering with PangeaSeed, Shani brought Sea Walls to South Africa, producing 18 ocean conservation-themed murals in Cape Town.
For 14 years, she has also managed the Wavescape Surf & Ocean Festival, integrating her love for the ocean with art and conservation. As the founder of SJ Artists, Shani supports and promotes local talent, helping artists thrive with her management skills. Her work inspires both local and international audiences, advancing ocean conservation efforts through art.
